Foundational Courses: "Understanding Interpressionism"

1. Introduction to Interpressionism:
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the principles, philosophy, and historical context of Interpressionism. Students will explore its origins, key influences, and the movement's evolution, gaining insight into how it bridges the gap between reality and abstraction. Through case studies of seminal works, students will analyze the defining characteristics of Interpressionism, such as its emphasis on emotional resonance, perceptual ambiguity, and the interplay of form and meaning. This course sets the stage for deeper exploration by encouraging students to question traditional artistic boundaries and develop a critical eye for interpreting Interpressionist art through the voluminous bodywork of the founder Master Daniel Austin and other Interpressionist artists.

1.1 - History of Art Movements:
This course traces the lineage of art movements that paved the way for Interpressionism, including Impressionism, Expressionism, Surrealism, and Abstract Art. By examining these movements' historical, cultural, and philosophical contexts, students will understand how Interpressionism synthesizes and diverges from its predecessors. Special attention will be given to how Interpressionism redefines the relationship between the artist, the artwork, and the viewer, offering a fresh perspective on the role of art in contemporary society.
2. Technical Skills Development: “Bridging Reality and Abstraction”
2.1 - Drawing and Painting Techniques:
This hands-on course emphasizes the mastery of both representational and abstract techniques, equipping students with the skills to blend the two seamlessly. Through activities centered on composition, color theory, and texture, students will learn to create works that challenge traditional boundaries while maintaining technical precision. The course will also delve into the use of symbolism and metaphor in Interpressionist art, motivating students to cultivate and develop a personal visual language that communicates complex ideas and intricate emotions.

2.2 - Digital Art and Mixed Media:

Students will experiment with software, digital painting, and hybrid techniques that combine traditional and modern methods. The course will also address the ethical and philosophical aspects of employing technology in art, prompting students to reflect on how digital mediums can enhance or modify the viewer’s understanding of Interpressionist works while urging them to maintain their unique distinctive originality throughout this innovative framework.
B) - Intermediate Class
3. Theoretical and Conceptual Courses: “Expanding the Mind”
